Child Policy:

  • Children below 6 years: Complimentary (no charges)
  • Children between 6-11 years: Child rates applicable
  • Children 11 years and above: Considered as adults, adult rates applicable

Cancellation Policy

  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
  • Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
  • Cancellations made on or before 20 days of booking, are eligible for a 40% refund.
  • Cancellations made beyond the 15 days window of the check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the full advance payment.
  • Any cancellation request received 15 days prior to check-in; there will be no refund but bookings can be amended as per the requirement (Subject to availability)
  • Changes to dates may result in additional charges or refunds depending on the new booking details
  • Note: Booking cannot be amended for the peak seasons

  • This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that the guest gives us when they use this website.
  • You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.

Billing Information

  • For Products and Services requiring payment, we collect a billing name, phone number, and email address. We also collect a billing address for invoicing purposes. If you elect to pay by credit card, Oro Resorts may engage a third party to securely process your payment. All payment processing is done through a PCI DSS compliant third party. If customers are paying by a credit card, their card details are vaulted through a third-party payment gateway. Oro Resorts will store an encrypted token along with the last four digits of the credit card and the expiration month and year of the card and will not store or retain any other billing information about you.
